The State of Idaho has certain insurance company rate and form filings which are available for public review. To make
these filings accessible to interested parties via the Internet, the Department of Insurance is utilizing the NAIC System
for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access interface. Click the following link to access the interface and search public

Alternatively, you may review the public company filings by contacting our offices at 208-334-4250 and making an
appointment, or you may submit a formal written request to the Department by mail or fax using this document:
Public Records Request Form.
All filings are subject to Idaho’s public access statute and all interested parties will only be able to view the
details of the filing if it was marked eligible for public access.
