About 60 days prior to the course expiration date, providers will receive a renewal notice. This notice will include information
about your course such as course name, Idaho course number, renewal number, expiration date, etc. You may renew either online or on
paper. If submitting a paper application, we request that the bottom portion of the renewal notice be included with your packet.
Courses must be submitted for renewal exactly as they were originally approved. NO changes are allowed. If your curriculum, format,
presentation method, category, or anything about the course has changed, you may not renew; you will need to submit as a new course.
Since the process, documentation and fee are the same, there is very little difference for you; however, your previous course number
will be deactivated and you will get a new course number.
