An administrative rule is officially promulgated agency regulations that implements, interprets, or prescribes law, policy, or the procedure or practice requirements of an agency. The Department of Insurance promulgates rules in accordance with the Idaho Administrative Procedures Act (IDAPA).
The rules are published by the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator in the State of Idaho’s Administrative Bulletin, and then they are made available on their website.
For convenience, Department of Insurance rules are also available here, along with any attachments to the rules.
