1332 Waiver Public Hearing – Idaho Falls

The Idaho Department of Insurance is seeking public comment on the draft 1332 waiver application. During the public hearing the Department will share information about the waiver application and process, and hear feedback from the public. More information about the proposed draft application and process can be found on the Department website. 

This event will be held at the Idaho Department of Labor Office in Idaho Falls in the Yellowstone Room, 1515 E Lincoln Rd, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Additional in-person hearings will be held in other cities. See the Department calendar for further details about other public hearings.
