Per Chapter 51, a Reinsurance Intermediary Broker means a person who solicits, negotiates or places reinsurance sessions or retrocessions
on behalf of a ceding insurance without the authority or power to bind reinsurance on behalf of such insurer. A Reinsurance Intermediary
Manager means a person who has authority to bind or manage all or part of the assumed reinsurance business of a reinsurer…and acts as
an agent for such reinsurer whether know or as a RM manager or other similar term. See
